What is DOMA Property management membership?

Weekly inspection

The apartment is checked weekly for gas leaks, water leaks, etc. All doors and shutters are also checked and the fuse box is inspected. The apartment is aired.

Mail delivery

Your mailbox is checked and emptied. Urgent post is forwarded to your permanent address or email.

Watering of plants

Watering of all interior plants is included in the membership fee.

Full concierge service, 30 minutes free every month

Rent a car, booking of plane tickets, theatre, etc. As a member, you have 30 minutes free every month of concierge services included in the membership fee.

Laundry service

Pick up and drop off of laundry to your home is included in the membership fee (laundry costs not included).

Preparing apartment for arrival and closing up

Preparing the apartment before arrival and closing up after departure e.g. switching on electricity and heating.

Estimates

If anything needs fixing, our team can order a free estimate from our service providers.

Meet and greet

Every month we offer one meet and greet with a hand over of keys, between 10-4pm Monday to Friday.

On your behalf DOMA Property management can deal with the local authorities, all utility companies (electricity, telephone, gas, etc.), insurance companies, importation of furniture, cars, etc., interior and exterior decoration.
